Elevator links

Elevator links or weldless links are designed to hang elevators from Top Drive System, Hooks, Beckets or Link adapters. Each elevator link of one pair is forged from one single billet of high strength alloy steel, heat treated and MPI tested. Additional material is added in critical wear areas for extended life. The design safety factor and design verification of the elevator links conform to requirements of API Spec 8C, any elevator links are proof load tested to 1.5 times the working load.

Each elevator link of one pair is marked with Serial Number for traceability.

Elevator links are available in 150t, 200t, 250t, 350t, 500t and 750t rating loads.

Warranty period of elevator links is 12 months from the date of field service or 18 months from date of shipment.

Note:

For Elevator links compatibility purpose, Never use elevator links which have a capacity too low for carrying the load intended (dynamic+static), even if the elevator links may fit on the elevator;

Not to weld elevator links and bails, elevator links and bails cannot be repaired or reconditioned by welding;

Capacity of one set elevator links is minimal working capacity of the elevator links.

TDS elevator links or TDS weldless links are defined as follows:
for example: 250ton TDS elevator links, low eyes of elevator links are 250ton, while upper eyes are 350ton, and working capacity of 250ton TDS elevator links are 250ton but not 350ton, and so forth.
