Jiangsu Rushi Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Rudong Petroleum Machinery Factory), established in 1971, has long been dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of drill pipes, casing, oilfield power tongs, and other oil drilling and extraction wellhead tools and equipment. In recent years, the Company has gradually expanded its core business focus towards the development of boiler membrane wall systems and intelligent drilling tools. The Company’s research and development of mechanized oilfield drilling and extraction wellhead tools covers a complete range of models and specifications. It has developed over fifty series and more than one hundred specifications, including the ZQ drill pipe power tong series, TQ casing power tong series, and XSL rotary union tap series. These products are widely sold to major oil fields across China and exported to regions such as Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other regions.
The Company is one of the leading research and development bases for Power tongs used in oil drilling and workovers in China. It is a first-tier network member unit of CNPC Drilling and Production Accessories, SINOPEC Spare Parts Resource Market Member Factory, the Standing Council Unit of the China Petroleum & Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association (CPEIA), and the Deputy Chairman Unit of the Professional Committee of Oilfield Wellhead Equipment and Drilling and Production Special Tools of CPEIA. The Company oversees two wholly-owned subsidiaries and two joint-stock companies, spanning diverse business sectors encompassing the manufacturing of drilling Mud Pumps and machine cutting tools, oil equipment inspection, as well as network technology applications. In July 2018, the Company was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), (with its stock abbreviation: Rushi Machinery; stock code: 872888).

It has passed several certifications, including API Q1 by the American Petroleum Institute, ISO 9001 international quality system certification, “API 7K, 8C” product certifications (certificate numbers: 0048, 0121), ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, metrology assurance system certification, and occupational health and safety management system certification. The Company has established the Jiangsu Petroleum Drilling and Extraction Wellhead Equipment Engineering Technology Center, the Jiangsu Enterprise Academician Workstation and the Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation.
