1. Compared with ordinary pumps, the pump is heavy, strong and durable. Due to its special strength, the wall thickness is thicker than ordinary pumps and the service life is relatively long. The pump body is an annular flow channel, which can eliminate eddy current and cavitation, and reduce the radial load of the bearing. As the inlet pipe diameter of the pump is reasonable, the suction pressure must be low. The sealing part of the pump body adopts groove structure to prevent liquid flow from separating from the impeller.
2. The pump impeller is open, which can eliminate the backflow phenomenon in the closed impeller. The design of this impeller can reduce eddy current, reduce radial and axial load (pressure), and make the liquid flow flow smoothly. Since there is no need for general high-pressure flushing, the wear of the pump body is relatively small. The design of the impeller allows the liquid flow from the impeller to be mixed with the return liquid to reduce the wear of the pump. The open impeller has non exposed impeller nut or shaft thread. After the impeller is installed, the thread protection is realized through an "O" ring. Compared with ordinary pumps, the design of the pump and impeller greatly improves the service life.
3. The pump bearing is easy to maintain. The outer bearing assembly is composed of two centripetal thrust bearings with high load rotation; The inner bearing is a heavy double row ball bearing, which can bear the radial load of shaft height to compensate for the use of large impeller and heavy load conditions. Only the best bearings are allowed for this pump.
4. The stuffing box gland integrates the seal and the function of the stuffing box into a replaceable whole. The stuffing box can be sealed with packing or mechanical seal. The split (open) design makes the seal easier to be reliably pressed.
5. The machine seal is made of high-quality materials and has good working performance. All metal parts of the machine seal are made of 316 stainless steel, the elastic material is made of fluorinated rubber, and the sealing ends of moving ring and static ring are made of tungsten carbide.
6. The flow passage components of the pump include stuffing box, impeller and pump body. They are made of high-quality nodular cast iron and have excellent properties. After processing and inspection, these parts need quenching and heat treatment to make them reach a certain hardness, which not only makes the pump adapt to the harsh environment, but also greatly improves the working life of the pump.
