1. Technical Requirements
A. The materials of the parts’ surfaces exposed to well fluid meet the requirements of NACE MR 0175.
B. The equipment can work normally, at ambient temperature and equipment temperature from +30℃ to -18℃.
The equipment can work normally by adding heating and heat insulation systems, at ambient temperature from -18℃ to -40℃ .
The equipment can withstand temporary temperature drops to -40°C with subsequent restoration of its functionality.
The hydrogen sulfide content is less than 6% vol.
C. Mechanical Characteristics
n Pressure-bearing parts meet the requirement of API 60K，hardness ≤HRC22；
n Chemical composition meets the requirements of API Spec 16A.
D. BOPs’ end connection type, bolts and nuts meet the requirements of API Spec 6A. The thread size of the bolts and nuts is in metric units.
E. Ring grooves and bonnet sealing grooves are lined with austenite stainless steel, meet NACE requirement.
F. Hydraulically Opening Bonnets.
G. Ram BOP is Manual Lock.
H. Shearing ram could cut off 5 "（127mm） wall Thickness—9.19 mm G-105 drill pipe with the hydraulic operating pressure is less than 21MPa, and then seals the 21MPa well pressure;
I. BOPs are completed with special tools.
J. BOPs are painted according to Manufacturer's written specification.
K. Packing of products is able to ocean shipping for long distance.
