2000m~15000m Top Drive Drilling System

    The Cangzhou Fengliang Petroleum Machinery Co.,Ltd Top Drive System currently has 15 models, which can meet the oil and gas drilling needs of land, vehicle-mounted and offshore drilling rigs for the wells with drill depth ranging from 2,000 m to 15,000 m. Till now, BPM has delivered more than 1000 sets of top drives to over 60 countries or regions all around the world.

    Intelligent Control Technologies: rotation speed and torque intelligent control technology, main shaft positioning control technology, torsional pendulum resistance reduction technology, remote data acquisition and diagnosis technology, and integrated drilling rig control interface technology, load transfer technology: dual load channel lifting system, AC variable frequency drive technology, drilling operation safety improvement technology: drilling rig anti-collision and safety interlocking technology.

    BPM top drive has been successfully applied in China's key exploration and development blocks and more than 60 countries and regions all over the world, nearly half of which have been deployed overseas.
