Technical Features:
Emergency Shut-in Technology (one-touch shut-in/automatic shut-in technology, wireless remote-control technology and standby power devices) (e.g. the nitrogen power system) is designed for well control during drilling and exploration in high-risk wells, such as high-pressure gas wells, deep wells and ultra-deep wells. It can shut down the well in the case of emergency or failed main control system, striving more time for personnel to escape immediately. It can also help to ensure the personnel safety, reduce the equipment loss as much as possible and prevent the blowout accident out-of-control.
Digital Monitoring Technology: Digital Monitoring Technology is designed for drilling jobs which require high safety and reliability, such as drilling in deep wells and the wells with high content of H2S. It can do self-diagnosis based on the PLC control system and has a remote monitoring system to detect and transfer the on-site data to the data center server. The user can use the browser alone to monitor real-time data remotely. The digital monitoring technology combines data acquisition, real-time monitoring and history data record together to help users analyze field data, do maintenance and trouble-shootings when needed.
Remote Smart Monitoring Platform of Well Control Equipment: In view of the problems such as heavy workload, low efficiency and lack of on-site professional maintenance personnel in the on-site inspection of the operation status of each item of equipment of the BOP Control System, BPM explored the digital service based on the industrial Internet cloud platform, proposed a whole set of solutions, and developed the remote intelligent monitoring platform of well control equipment, including the remote monitoring of the BOP control system, Intelligent cloud device management system and preventive maintenance software to help customers quickly solve on-site problems. The new equipment can be pre-installed at the factory, and the remote monitoring function can also be retrofitted on the basis of not affecting the complete functions of the existing equipment.
