BOP Control System
The bop control system is an important equipment for controlling the bop and hydraulic gate valve. It is an indispensable device in drilling and operation of well repair.
Fengliang company is the well control equipment manufacturing center of CNPC. We have FKQ, FKDQ, FKD and other series of bop control system.

Q: The FKQ series uses hose bundle to connect the driller’s panel with the remote control panel,the driller operating element is pneumatic rotary valves, remote control panel uses cylinder to drive the 4-way 3-position valve,this series can choose pneumatic-manual or pneumatic Motor driven pressure regulating valves.
DQ: The FKDQ series uses signal cableto connect the driller’s panel with the remote control panel, the driller operating element is touch screen or electric button, remote control panel uses cylinder to drive the 4-way 3-position valve, with pneumatic Motor driven pressure regulating valves.
D: The FKD series uses signal cableto connect the driller’s panel with the remote control panel, the driller operating element is touch screen or electric button, remote control panel uses electromagnet to drive the 4-way 3-position valve, with electromotor driven pressure regulating valves.
If the customer want to order an API Spec. 16D control system, and you need to mark the API monogram on it, you need to obtain a form named;configuration and parameters of the bop stacks for order an API Spec. 16D control system (land and surface)” from Fengliang sales department. After filling in the detailed technical parameters, the Fengliang technical department will carry out the selection calculation.
The optional device:
All series can choose BOP heating units, to heating bop in extremely cold environment, enable the bop to function normally (the BOP should have heating function).
FKDQ & FKD series can choose wireless remote control function.
The control system for surface mounted BOP (blowout preventer) stacks is special equipment, which is used to control BOP, hydraulic chock, kill system and diverter
equipment, and indispensable equipment for blowout preventer during drilling or workover in petroleum and natural gas industry.
The function of the control system for surface mounted BOP stacks is preparing and prestoring enough hydraulic oil and controlling its flow direction, in order to open
or close BOP quickly. As the hydraulic oil used, the pressure drops down, when the pressure lowers to a certain value, the control system will renew the hydraulic oil
automatically, to keep the pressure in a certain high value.
Main features of the BOP control system:
Remote control distance can reach 200 meters.
The control delay time is less than 0.5 second.
Whether the BOP is open or close station can be shown real-time.
Maintenance operator should be trained professionally.
It can record curves of all kinds of pressure on the remote control panel.
