Throttle valve can make the air flow into the state restricted by conductance, or in order to stabilize the pumping speed of the pump, the throttle valve can also be used when the pumping process is restricted by conductance. When injecting dry flushing gas, the throttle valve can also be used to adjust the flow.
The role of the throttle valve used in the refrigeration system is to throttle the high-pressure liquid refrigerant, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing pressure and adjusting the flow. If the selected throttle valve capacity (ie, the cooling capacity) is too small, it cannot meet the requirements of the equipment. Refrigeration load requirements: If the throttle valve capacity is too large, it will be relatively difficult to adjust. Therefore, whether the selection of the throttle valve is reasonable or not is very important for the refrigeration system.
The common throttle valve in refrigeration engineering has three forms: manual throttle valve, float throttle valve and thermal expansion valve.
The installation and maintenance of the throttle valve should pay attention to the following matters:
1. The throttle valve is used very frequently, so it should be installed in a position that is convenient for operation.
2. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the medium and the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body.
