Hebei Jingbo Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986 and is a technology-based private enterprise. It is the first Class A qualified enterprise in well control equipment manufacturing and a member of the first level network of the three major groups of China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinopec, and CNOOC.

It was formerly known as the High Pressure Refractory Hose Branch of the "China National Petroleum Corporation Well Control Equipment Manufacturing Supporting Center".
