Technical Features of the Single-screw Pump System:
Ground drive device direct drive and hydraulic brake technology: The BPM ground drive device power ranges from 7.5kW to 55kW, and the axial load can reach 150kN. In addition to the traditional drive device form, it has also developed direct-drive ground drive devices and hydraulic-brake drive devices.
Delay Self-starting Technology of FV Cabinet - BPM independently developed the special FV cabinet for PCP systems in 2001, and can provide a series of products with power from 15KW to 110kW. In addition to conventional functions, the FV cabinet also adopts a lot of special design, such as the delay self-starting function, which can reduce the on-site labor load under the premise of ensuring safety.
Large-capacity multi-lobe PCP technology: BPM screw pumps have stable performance and wide coverage. In order to meet the needs of the market for high displacement and large lift, the company independently developed a multi-head screw pump based on the single-head screw pump. Currently, the screw pump displacement ranges from 40mL/r to 1,200mL/r, covering more than 20 types in total and their lift ranges from 400m to 1,600m.
Blowout-Prevention Four-way Variable-rod Diameter Sealing Technology--The sealing pressure of the BPM blowout-prevention four-way series products is up to 21Mpa, and the connection method can be designed according to the customer’s requirements. BPM has independently developed a new type of sealing spool based on the matching conditions of rod and sucker rod with different sizes on site. The variable diameter structure is suitable for sealing rod bodies with different diameters, which can reduce labor load and production cost by not replacing the seal when the string is replaced.
