1. Purpose and function

气控节流管汇控制台具有操作简单、维修方便、使用寿命长等特点。它是液动节流管汇上

必备的控制装置，可以远程控制液动节流阀的开启或关闭。在控制箱盘面上可以显示出立管压

力、套管压力及液动节流阀的阀位开度。立管压力和套管压力传感器采用液体传感，具有传感

精度高、数据稳定、耐震性能好、安装方便，且满足现场防爆要求。它是成功的控制井涌、井

喷，实施油、气井压力控制技术所必备的控制装置。The choke manifold control panel, with  simple operation, convenient maintenance and long service life, is a necessary control device on hydraulic choke manifold. It can remotely control the opening or closing of the hydraulic Choke valve, and the standpipe pressure, casing pressure and the valve position span of the hydraulic Choke valve can be displayed on the panel of the control panel. The transmitters of

standpipe pressure, casing pressure and valve position adopt electric/pneumatic signals sensors, which have high sensing accuracy, high shock resistance performance, convenient installation, and meet the requirements of on-site explosion protection.Choke manifold control

panel is a necessary control device to control well kick and blowout successfully and implement the pressure control of oil and gas well.

气控节流控制台由控制箱、传感器、液压管等部件组成。控制箱由气动泵、手动泵、蓄能

器、单流阀、安全阀、截止阀、节流阀、三位五通阀、油箱等液压元件和仪表组成。Choke manifold

control panel is mainly composed of control cabinet sensor, hydraulic pressure hoses and other parts. And the control cabinet is composed of pneumatic pump, manual pump, accumulator, check valve, relief valve, safety valve, stop valve, 3-position 5-way valve, oil reservoir, digital meters and other special hydraulic component.

4. Control Panel

4.1 一个容积为 37L 油箱，材料为 Q235B,一个油标显示液位高度，一个半寸排气口。

4.1 One(1) effective volume 37L oil reservoir, complete with material Q235B, one(1) oil leveler indicating liquid level, one(1) 1/2” exhaust port.

4.2 一个公称容积 10L，工作压力为 21MPa 装有预充氮气胶囊的蓄能器。蓄能器带 ASME 认证。

4.2 One(1) 2.6 gallon(10L) capacity 21MPa(3000psi) bladder type accumulator pre-charged with nitrogen. Accumulator with ASME certification.

4.3 一个气动液压泵，气液比为 1:10，排量 160ml/冲。4.3 One(1) liquid/air 10:1 pneumatic pump, pump flowrate 160ml/stoke.

4.4 一个手压泵，排量 51ml/冲。

4.4 One(1) manual pump with flowrate 51 ml/stoke.

4.5 两个三位五通换向阀，用于控制液动阀开关，一个节流阀，用于控制液动阀开关速度。

4.5 Two(2) 3-position 5-way revers valve, is used to control the opening and closing of hydraulic valve. One(1) choke valve is used to control the speed of hydraulic valve opening and closing.

4.6 一个供气管汇包括调压阀，滤清器，过滤器，截止阀。
